Recently I was again surprised when I stumbled again into Paul's "joy letter" - Philippians! In just 4 short chapters he uses the word "joy" or "rejoicing" 14 times in my NIV. And guess what. . . this is one of his "prison epistles!" He is writing while under house arrest in Rome in chains!
